Deacons:

JT Amis and his wife, Amanda, have four children: Coy Evan, Keeley Rae, Jack Nolan, and Stanley Garrett. They live in Spokane, Missouri. JT works at Wilcox Truck Line as a manager. He enjoys spending time with family, traveling, being outdoors, and working. Amanda is a homemaker. JT’s main duties as a deacon involve the young married program.

David Fielder and his wife, Julie, have two children: Hannah and John. David is a life-long resident of Springfield and has attended Kansas Expressway and its predecessor, the Johnston and Dale congregation, for more than 40 years. He is a Member of Lowther Johnson Attorneys at Law, LLC and has practiced law in Springfield since 1987.  David also serves as a reserve detective with the Criminal Investigations Division of the Greene County Sheriff’s Department.  Julie is a homemaker and does volunteer work at John’s school. David and his family enjoy camping and the outdoors. Davids main duties as a deacon involve the educational program and selecting those who lead in the worship assemblies.

Dwayne Green and his wife, Jan, have two sons: Brent and Stephen. Brent and his wife, Dedra, have one son, Cayden. He is Dwayne and Jans first grandchild. Dwayne grew up in West Plains, Missouri, and Jan grew up in Houston, Texas. Dwayne likes to hunt and fish while Jan enjoys the outdoors and doing arts and crafts. Dwayne has been a banker for many years and is currently the manager at Regions Bank in Republic, Missouri. Dwayne's primary responsibility as a deacon is working with the visitation program.

Leroy Hathcock and his wife, Delores, have two sons: Timothy and his wife, Rebecca, live in Fayetteville, Arkansas; and Alan lives in Springfield. Leroy and Delores have two grandsons. Leroy is retired from Associated Grocers and enjoys spending time with his grandsons Eli and Caleb. Delores is a homemaker. Leroys main duties as a deacon involve supervision of mowing as well as snow and trash removal.

Seth Hass and his wife, Jennifer, have four children: Eraweh Ann, T-Roy Alan, Easton Alan, and Rheleigh Ann, all live at home. Seth and Jennifer live near Elkland. Seth works at Re-Gen Technologies as an information systems analyst. He enjoys hunting, cooking, Nascar races, taking walks thru the woods, and playing instruments. Jennifer  is a homemaker. Seths main duties as a deacon involve the visitation program and being in charge of selecting the door greeters.

Mark McCarty and his wife, Pam, have two daughters: Amanda Dillon, married to Matt, attends Kansas Expressway; and Kaitlin lives at home. Mark and Pam live near Fair Grove and have one grandson and one granddaughter. He is the business manager for the Plumbers and Pipe Fitters Local Union 178 in Springfield and enjoys farming, playing with his grandson, Andy, and teaching the college class at Kansas Expressway. Pam is the secretary at Fair Grove Elementary. Mark’s main duties as a deacon involves the evangelism program, local and foreign missions, and new members and follow-up training.

Carroll Simon and his wife, Laura, have two children: Eva and Paul. They live in Rolla, Missouri. Eva has two children, Windzer and Daniel. Paul has one child, River. Carroll is retired from construction. Laura retired from AT&T. Carroll enjoys hunting and fishing, and Laura spends her free-time knitting. Carroll's duties involve building and grounds.
